Be Bulletproof through change

  • How to lead yourself through change
  • How to communicate change
  • How to have those crucial conversations

This practical and interactive workshop will help you to get the most out of disruptive change and turn it to your advantage.

Change - and the uncertainty that goes with it - can be tough to handle! Many of us experience increased stress, anxiety and dissatisfaction.

So, why is it, that for some people, change acts as the springboard to greater opportunity? Can we identify a pattern? What are the common beliefs and attitudes of resilient people? What can we learn from them? How can we do what they do – and think what they think – to make ourselves stronger and more successful?

This workshop answers these questions. It combines practical experience with insights from positive psychology, together with a touch of more traditional wisdom. It will equip you with practical tools and techniques to lead yourself through change, developing resilience and optimism.

We will also provide practical tools and methods for communicating change effectively, not least those sensitive or difficult conversations or teams meetings. Using these techniques we will demonstrate the positive influence we can have on others, not just the people who might report into us, but on our peers and colleagues.

You will see high-stakes situations brought to life by experienced actors. You will practice using the key ideas and the concepts, with feedback, advice and coaching. Through the use of simulations, discussions, case studies, and more than a little humor, we explore the essential tools and help you to turn these tools into habits.
