Be Bulletproof with difficult colleagues and bosses

A boss who seems to be unnecessarily critical and apportions blame unfairly or a team who appear to be undooperative and disloyal - working with people isn't always easy but this course offers insights and practical suggestions to help.

Working with our team of psychologists, workplace consultants and communications experts, this very practical course will explore how to handle difficult colleagues and even how to turn this apparent negative of corporate life into a positive. Through role play, discussion groups and by looking at practical experiences the group will learn how to think about awkward, uncooperative colleagues in a new light, how to handle the difficulties they present in a way that doesn’t cause you to become depressed and demotivated.

Like other Be Bulletproof courses, this day long session employs a unique mixture of modern psychology, practical experience and ancient philosophy to create a ‘tool box’ of essential tips and techniques to help you handle those difficult colleagues who have the potential to make your life hell and to learn how to develop your career and management skills in spite of them.
