People respond to scenarios not models or theories. In our sessions, people work to resolve a problem in a scenario that relates to their world and with which they can identify.
Humans respond to stories. Through interactive theatre, scenarios are brought to life, in a parallel world, with characters whom participants can identify with. Participants step into the action.
Research among trainee pilots shows that the true spike in learning happens when they get out of the classroom and into the flight simulator. We only learn by doing and getting our hands on the tools.
