Our interactive theatre process allows leaders to garner more profound insight into what psychological safety looks like and the way in which their own behaviours – conscious or unconscious – can either enhanced or undermine it. With our coaches and corporate role players, we then put participants in simulated situations where psychological safety tends to be most at risk, requiring them to try out the tools and methods in real time. The result is inched self-awareness along with a practical set of tools that make fostering psychological safety habitual.
