Alistair Donegan.

Alistair has been an integral part of the Threshold team as a facilitator and coach for many years . His experience of #howtoworkwithhumans stems from a nomadic life spent gigging as a stand-up comic, as a winner (and loser!) of several internationally broadcast live quiz programmes, as an award winning graduate of the National Film and Television School’s Writing and Producing Comedy diploma with Channel Four, and most recently as a presenter for the in house channel of his beloved Tottenham Hotspur F.C.

Marlo Haas .

Marlo is your go-to guide for all things leadership, communication, and personal development. Certified in Advanced Facilitation and with a degree in Theatre and Interpretation, she brings a unique blend of drama pedagogy, focused listening and empathetic questioning to her work. She's traveled the globe, sharing her message of empowerment and growth amongst some of today’s top organisations. Beyond the boardroom, Marlo’s impact continues into the community, such as spearheading the US leg of the Smashed Project, an initiative dedicated to breaking the cycle of under-age drinking. When not promoting change, you can find Marlo soaking up quality time with family, wrangling her furry companions or curled up with a good book about time travel; ever hopeful for a future where everyone is able to embrace their fullest potential

They became the gateway to his love of science and the pursuit of knowledge. He learned the value of asking questions and by asking questions how we advance and grow as people.

Ben Nathan.

Ben has worked with Threshold for many years, helping individuals and teams communicate better, have more influence and impact, and transition into new roles. Originally a professional actor he’s now an accredited executive coach, facilitator and presenter, clients describe him as a great listener, good fun and honest! Ben is passionate about organisational health, the power of feedback and psychological safety at work. And at home, he’s passionate about his children, Crystal Palace FC and hearing other people’s stories! London born and Bristol based, Ben also works with SARI (Stand Against Racism and Inequality) helping communities, groups and individuals understand each other better.

Damien Cooper.

Damian was born in London, but spent his early life in Gabon and The Netherlands before returning to the big smoke. He's been working as a facilitator and coach for over a decade, whilst also scratching his creative itches as an actor, stand-up comic, director and as a former DJ. He's now left the wheels of steel behind, but Damian still enjoys being in front of groups of people and getting them to loosen up and have fun, now usually with a whiteboard rather than vinyl! Having led training sessions in China, Japan, Portugal, Singapore and Australia, Damian has been able to combine his drive for fun and engaging learning with his other great passion, travel. Outside of work he's usually either rustling up some tasty vegan cuisine or planning his next trip abroad.

Lauren Anthony.

Lauren is a Londoner, born and bred, and while her roots are still firmly seated in London she has enjoyed working with a wide international community across the globe from Singapore to Slough as a coach and facilitator. She believes in the fundamental importance of experiential learning in making impactful and lasting change. When she's not helping people on their journey to workplace happiness, she can be found working in the creative arts as an actor and voice over artist. She also enjoys swimming and cooking, two hobbies she finds compliment each other very well.

Julian Charloner.

As one of the most experienced members of the team, Julian has been working with Threshold, as a facilitator, for over 15 years. In addition, as an ILM Level 7 Coach, he provides coaching support to senior business leader clients. He is also commissioned to write theatre scripts for Threshold workshops and for creative inspiration, thinks back to the childhood he spent actually living on a Butlin’s Holiday camp. Who would have thought that hours of crazy golf and knobbly knees competitions would have set this career path in motion?

Needless to say, he loves #workingwithhumans. Outside of work Ali is an avid traveller, writer and cook- and he likes nothing more than to disappear into a forest with a flask of homemade chai or taking impromptu ice-cold dips in any body of water he comes across.

Niall MacGregor.

Niall has been a Threshold facilitator for several years. Surprising then, that not many in the team know his career began with a year's training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, before serving as an infantry officer for 5 years. Niall is the first one to admit that, despite his roots in soldiering, he is surprisingly adept at #working with humans and relishes the opportunity to help Threshold's clients to get their messages across clearly and without the use of force!

Noel Lim.

Noel is a seasoned consultant in the areas of communication, people management and personal impact. He deeply believes that wholesome communication is the cornerstone of effective organisations. His years of working with refugee communities in Kuala Lumpur have solidified his conviction that effective listening and empathy are key to achieving common goals, even in the absence of a shared language. In his own time, Noel actively engages with youths in his local community to guide them in discovering their life purpose and empowering them in leadership. He also spends an inordinate amount of time obsessing over Manchester United and football in general.
