Niall Macgregor began his career with a year of intensive training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, followed by five years’ as an officer in the British Army. In 2001, Niall left the army to train at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and then worked as a professional actor for 10 years. Since 2010, Niall has been delivering one-to-one coaching sessions and highly interactive and experiential leadership development programmes, with a strong focus on high impact communication, across a wide range of organisations.
Niall’s work as a Coach includes coaching over 70 senior finance leaders, as part of a three-year global transformation programme in a major high street bank. He is a qualified Level 7 Executive Coach, through the Institute of Leadership & Management and he holds a British Psychological Society qualification in the use of psychometric ability & personality appraisals, and is accredited in the use of the Schroder Leadership Framework.
Niall’s key strengths lie in building rapport and trust through a positive, and where appropriate, fun approach. Niall is passionate about helping leaders at all levels to recognise and acknowledge what they are good at; to build better self-awareness; to be more confident and more resilient; and to take small steps when working on big personal challenges.
