Using our process of interactive theatre, participants explore and deconstruct aspects of organizational culture in a safe environment.
Having observed a situation in a fictional ‘parallel world’ they are more likely to hold the mirror up to their own mindset and behaviours with greater honesty. Participants create a sense of what an ideal culture would look like. The ideal culture is always bespoke to each individual organization and predicated on what it will take to flourish under a given set of circumstances. Having created the appetite for change, our facilitators equip your people with practical actions to start to embed the change.
Participants learn to ‘act their way into a new way of thinking,’ taking small but specific steps, one at a time, to shift their mindset.
