Threshold has partnered with EY since 2013 to enhance various aspects of their leadership and communication initiatives. This collaboration often involves coaching senior managers and directors to prepare them for promotion to full Partner. A key component of this partnership includes designing and delivering global learning events for new graduates. Each year, these events bring together hundreds of EY’s most talented new hires for an intensive learning experience.
